NJSM was founded in 2007 in Nanjing (East China, 300km far from Shanghai ) and is a subsidiary of SPARC Group. As one of the representativeness of the National Hi-tech Enterprise and the National Specialized and Innovative Small Giant Enterprise , NJSM focuses on designing and manufacturing power IGBT and MOSFET module products, which are widely used in PV inverter, motor drive, power supply, power quality and new energy applications(including ESS and EV).
